Our community bike ride for riders of all ages and abilities!

 

Join your friends and neighbors for a relaxed Sunday afternoon community bike ride through Dunwoody!

These rides are held on the SECOND Sunday of each month (March–November) and are intended to bring people together for a fun, welcoming ride around our community.

MEETING LOCATION: Georgetown Shopping Center 4510 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd (in the very front along Chamblee Dunwoody – just north of Wahaka Taqueria)

Schedule:
• 3:45 PM – Brief safety talk
• 4:00 PM – Ride begins promptly
• Approximately 5:00 PM – Ride concludes

The ride is approximately 4 miles, mostly flat, and paced as an easy “slow roll.” Routes primarily use the Dunwoody Trailway and other low-stress connections through the community.

This is a welcoming community ride open to riders of all experience levels, including families, recreational riders, and newer cyclists. We ride together at an easy pace focused on fun, safety, and enjoying time together on bikes around Dunwoody.

Riders should be comfortable starting, stopping, and riding independently without training wheels. Children age 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

What to Bring / Be Ready For:
• Helmet required for all riders
• Bring a full water bottle
• Dress comfortably for the weather
• Please make sure your bike tires are inflated and your bike is in safe working condition

After the ride, we’ll gather and socialize at one of the nearby establishments in the shopping center.
